UnitedHealthcare Vision ranked highest in customer satisfaction among the nation's vision plan providers, according to J.D. Power 2013 Vision Plan Satisfaction ReportSM.
The study was based on responses from more than 3,000 vision plan participants nationwide, measuring member satisfaction based on four key factors: coverage, cost, communication and customer care.
UnitedHealthcare's cumulative score of 704 was the highest of the four plans analyzed. The study's full results are available online here.
