Commitment to Fair and Equitable Pay
UnitedHealth Group is committed to pay equity for all employees. Fair and equitable compensation practices within a pay-for-performance framework support our culture and are critical to achieving our mission.
We regularly perform reviews of our compensation practices and evaluate pay equity in several respects, including by gender, ethnicity and race. Our most recent review of our workforce* indicates there is no difference in pay between females and males performing similar work at similar levels. In addition, minority groups within the United States are paid the same as Caucasians performing similar work at similar levels.
* The results of this review do not include employees of acquired companies who are not yet on UnitedHealth Group’s HR system.
