UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index and the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for 2023 in the Health Care Providers & Services Industry. It is the 25th consecutive year that UnitedHealth Group has been named to the indices, beginning in 1999 when the rankings were established.
The Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) recognize global sustainability leaders, identified by S&P Global through their annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Refreshed each year, S&P Global includes only companies with CSA scores in the top 10% of each industry in the DJSI World Index and top 20% for the DJSI North America Index.
Among companies in the Health Care Providers and Services Industry Group, United Health Group ranks first in North America and second in the world.
