Part of our commitment to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone is to help build the workforce of the future. The United Health Foundation has funded scholarships for health care students since 2007.
In 2022, the United Health Foundation made a 10-year, $100 million commitment that provides scholarships and support to current and future health care professionals who want to improve their clinical skills and credentials.
Our scholarship program
Our goal through the Health Care Scholars United scholarship program is to support 10,000 current and future clinicians by 2033 and ultimately help improve health care access, experiences and outcomes for all.
