Neighbors United

A $500,000 grant to the Neighbors United Funding Collaborative has helped businesses focused on health and wellness in St. Paul reopen and rebuild.

Minnesota Community Care

A $1 million grant to Minnesota Community Care supports the use of mobile health teams and school-based clinics to serve underserved youth in St. Paul with primary care, mental health support, social work services and pharmacy services during the pandemic, among several other programs.

Lake Street Council

We partnered with the Lake Street Council to establish a $1 million Healthy Lake Street Fund. The fund will help local small businesses and nonprofits that serve the community with core health and medical services rebuild.

Northside Achievement Zone

We are providing a $1 million grant to the Northside Achievement Zone to fund the Northside Partners for Food Delivery Program. The program is designed to address food insecurity experienced by North Minneapolis families.

Heart of America

As part of our revitalization efforts in the Twin Cities we are helping rebuild businesses, including the Seward Pharmacy in South Minneapolis. This project is one of many that our local grant partnerships will support.
