OptumRx Hosts Grand Opening for Jacksonville Customer Service Center

OptumRx, a leading pharmacy benefits management (PBM) organization and one of the Optum companies of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), will hold a grand opening ceremony for its newest customer service center Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 9 a.m.
The new customer service center will employ up to 350 Customer Service Representatives (CSR), senior and lead CSRs, customer service supervisors and managers by the end of this year. The center, which operates around the clock, primarily serves Medicare and retiree consumers, handling more than 750,000 calls per month from members nationwide.
U.S. Congressman Ander Crenshaw will join local Jacksonville elected officials and business leaders to mark the grand opening of the OptumRx offices at 7159 Corklan Drive in Jacksonville.
