Ronney had experienced
multiple hospital admissions and had diabetes, hypertension and other
health issues. He was so depressed he wasn’t following his treatment
plan. But with the support of Sheila Dew, an AmeriChoice case manager,
he began to turn his life around. He was introduced to a primary care
physician and began to learn about his various diseases and the steps
he needed to take to improve his well-being.
