Business Analysis
Works with user areas to define business processes and information
systems for supporting processes.
Database Analysis
Designs, implements and maintains all functions of database
systems, including access, methods and time, device allocations,
validation checks, organization, security, documentation and
statistical methodology. Monitors overall standards and procedures
and assists in integrating various systems. Consults with
users, determines requirements and recommends database establishment.
Network Analysis
Provides network-related consultation and installation services.
Includes providing coordination between customers and other
UnitedHealth Group support services.
Project Management
Involved in the definition, management and implementation
of system projects. Responsible for managing the staff and
other resources required to complete a project in a timely,
cost-effective manner that meets business requirements.
UNIX Administration
Responsible for installing, supporting and configuring operating
systems in a UNIX environment.
Web Development
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents and supports Internet/intranet
applications consistent with business requirements.
