Account Management
Manage/service the customer relationship and coordinate all account activities, including customer reporting. Responsible for all customer service and may be accountable for the financial performance on accounts to ensure client needs are met.
Communications
Conveys information to and interacts with internal and external audiences through the use of various mediums (newsletters, policy statements, speech writing, editing, etc.). External audiences include the public, media and investors. Responsibilities also include technical/procedural writing.
Marketing/Product Development
Responsible for the research, design, development and presentation of marketing and promotional materials/programs and new products intended to support the sale of products and/or services.
Sales/Direct Selling
Responsibilities include selling the companies' new products/services. Opportunities may exist for sales representatives, account executives and telemarketers.
Sales/Support
Involved in sales support (e.g., RFP/RFI process), policy and/or project management.
