Accounting/Finance
Responsible for financial accounting, statutory/GAAP accounting, tax accounting, insurance/investment/cost accounting and accounts receivable/payables. Also provide financial analysis, budgets, forecasting, financial planning and cost control, in addition to other responsibilities.

Business Planning, Analysis, and Operations
Analyzes economic indicators and business trends. Develops and/or provides input to operational and strategic business plans/policies. Includes involvement in Quality Management, project management, process improvement, and general business operations.

Human Capital
Has a strategic role consulting with business partners to plan and implement human capital initiatives, including: recruiting, compensation, organizational design/development and merger and acquisition activity.

Investment
Provides the analysis, research and management of investment assets, including cash management and other treasury-related functions.

Legal
Responsible for the review of legal matters affecting the company and providing advice and counsel at the request of management. Positions include attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and related positions.

Learning and Development
Assesses training and organizational development needs, develops training programs and/or conducts training sessions. May also include responsibility for managing company/employee development resources and materials.
